Smith & Son Jewelers - Meet Fred
Our primary watchmaker has 60 years of experience under his belt. We repair all types of watches including fine mechanical movements. We recommend quartz repairs, which are usually battery related, you should go directly to your local jeweler who repairs quartz watches. We work on all mechanical pocket watches and wristwatches, including the following: Rolex, Patek Philippe, Vacheron & Constantin, Hamilton, Longines, Elgin, Ebel, Raymond Weil, and Breitling, just to name a few. Fred is one of the most important people on our team and we are blessed to have access to his talent, wisdom and tenure.
*Please do not drop off locally without printing our reply email to bring with you. With this, your repair will not be tracked correctly. Just showing the email on your smartphone will not suffice. The process is old school but it works. Thank you.

We repair all types of mechanical watches | Return Shipping Repair Service by AdamVintage
For tracking purposes; please, use this order for any warranty or repair service including general service of a mechanical watch. This charge is for return shipping only. If we determine a watch is covered under a warranty, this order will be refunded to you. When we receive your watch for repair, the watch is thoroughly assessed. Only after that, we will contact you with a firm cost to repair including information about the problem(s). At that point, you may agree or disagree on the cost to repair. Should you accept, which most people do, your watch will enter our repair queue. Once completed and tested, we invoice you for the agreed upon repair cost and the return shipping is already paid for with this order. Repaired watches are not dispatched back to you until full payment for the repair(s) have been made. If you decide not to have your watch repaired, we will ship the watch back as is. Either way, your return shipping is already paid for. Emergency service or rush service is available at an additional cost. Please call us for rush or emergency service at 413.219.1104.
