Do we have a Storefront?
Yes, we have a storefront located at 145 Shaker Road, East Longmeadow, MA 01028. Our location you will find serves both as one of our offices and retail boutique. We have a repair shop commercially located in Springfield, MA & Marlborough, CT and this is where our most inventory is stored. We do 90% of our business through this ecommerce site. We will entertain appointments to see important pieces prior to purchase commitment. We make house / estate calls in person at your location (within travel limits) to bid or purchase estate pieces. If you have a grouping of watches to sell please call us at 413-219-1104 to make an appointment. Please remember, we only deal in mechanical watches that do not operate by any other energy source other than a mainspring. We travel throughout most of New England and the Metro NYC area. If you have a single piece you wish to sell, please use our sell my watch page. Thank you.
International Shipping
Please read our full terms and conditions for additional information on domestic and international shipments. As of March 2018, International shipments that are paid for via secured credit card checkout require a completed credit card authorization form as well as a photocopy of an unaltered government issued identification that includes your name and shipping address along with a photocopy of the front of the credit card being used to authorize the transaction. Certain transactions made via PayPal instead of secured checkout, might be exempt from these requirements; if you do not see an email exemption from us shortly after your purchase, these steps will be required. Repeat or relationship based clients may also be exempt from this requirement; however, unless you see an email from us shortly after your order stating you are exempt, please assume you must take these steps prior to your order being dispatched. To recap, here is what is needed for international transactions:
1. Completed and signed credit card authorization form (download below)
2. Email a copy of an unaltered government ID or passport. This must show your name and address in which the item is being shipped or confirmation of the billing address of the credit card being used.
3. A photocopy of the front of the credit card being used must accompany the credit card authorization form.
Why is this needed? Unfortunately, many international destinations cannot be verified and many countries experience a high amount of credit card fraud. Insurance companies and credit card processors require this additional layer of security to insure your transaction is not intended to defraud the merchant, insurer, processor or victim of stolen information. Please be advised, that obtaining goods using an unauthorized payment method, that is determined to be fraudulent, will result in an automatic report to the local and customs authorities in your country. Thank you.
