Wow what a great Bunn Special!  The Illinois Bunn Special is a collectors favorite, and with many varieties from a modest case to a very expensive case; and varieties of the movement itself.  This happens to be a fairly uncommon Bunn Special with a screw down bezel, hinged out movement and awesome full Montgomery dial.  This is a fairly unusual model, although not considered ultra rare.  The 23 jewel movement is clean and just recently serviced, keeping great time.  Nice decorative rear engraving with shield, no personal engravings on this case.  The porcelain dial has a couple minor rim chips and a few faint hairlines, but these are so scarce the dial flaws being minor, it does not affect value much.  This 23 Jewel Bunn Movement is quite scarce.
