Highly collectible, Illinois wristwatches are becoming very hard to find, especially in this condition. This Illinois vintage 1920s wristwatch is in excellent vintage condition and is running strong. The case on this particular piece is extremely well executed with scroll work just about everywhere. The case is a double hinged case which makes it easy to open and view the amazing highly decorated fine 17j movement. The hinges are in excellent condition and the watch snaps together snugly. The case measures 30MM across not including the crown which is a large size for the era. The watch comes on a new Hadley-Roma dark brown tan leather padded strap with silver buckle. Overall this is an extremely nice example of a tough watch to find.
