So the Bulova Sea King military style watch with the whale emblem; although very collectible, are not too difficult to find. However, certain variations of the watch such as this beautiful one certainly is. This watch has its original matte black dial with red inlay indices at 12, 9 and 6 and red date complication at 3. Awesome sweep red seconds hand to match, with silver hands with fully intact tritium lume to match the design of the indices. Overall, this is a great watch with nice patina developing and an untouched dial. The original crystal has some scratches, but nothing that cannot be polished off; we've decided to leave it original because it's perfectly legible and does not impact the integrity of the watch. It's a full stainless steel case with a very nice screw down back system thats also used on early Memovos'. The Bulova automatic has been serviced and is known to be one of the most reliable vintage watch movements. I estimate this is to be a late 60's piece.
