Many well-known collectors have written about this watch, the short-lived Reverso Sun Moon, a modern but discontinued piece.    This watch, fitted with a silvered 'guilloché' dial, presents one of the most fascinating complications from this manufacture that includes a moon phase indicator at 5, a day/night display at 2 and a power reserve indicator between 10 and 11 o'clock.   To make this watch even more fascinating, the verso side comes with a display back to showcase the manual-wound Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 873 that features duo spring barrels and 25 jewels which provides eight full days of power reserve when fully wound. The calibre is beautifully decorated with Côtes de Genève, blue lettering, blued screws and blue stars that are subtly interconnected with the rubies and the screws to create an imaginary constellation. The case back, as it is customary, features the traditional markings as well as 'perlage' decoration on its inner side.  This watch is all original and from my personal collection.  The watch will come with everything you see in the photos, which is everything the watch comes with when purchased I believe.  The condition is excellent with just one notable flaw on the case where I put a tiny nick on the bezel around 11 o'clock.  The genuine dark brown alligator original strap with stainless steel deployment is in great condition with many years of wear time still remaining and will support at least an 8" wrist if needed.  I've seen many watches folks, one's that cost $200-500k and more, but this watch is by far the most beautifully executed watch with well thought-out complications and design.   Measuring 46.5mm in length x 29.5mm in width, this watch is normal size by today's standards.  This will go very fast once found - don't miss out on this great deal.  International buyers, please contact us prior to purchase.  Free domestic insured shipping and expedited options at checkout.  This watch is not eligible for any further discounts, including membership discount.  Many people ask about availability.  If you can place it in your cart and check out the watch is still available.  Thank You.
