Vintage 1960's Men's Bulova Oceanographer 200M Divers Watch Submariner Model - Rare
This watch is just awesome. As you know, the submariner by Rolex is the world's most iconic watch. I do belief as long as no one is infringing on rights, other watchmakers can essentially (and do) make watches that resemble a very important watch like the submariner...and that's exactly what Bulova has done here. There are small details that are different enough to create its owe identity. Like of instance, the indices on the dial are substantially different; although the Mercedes hands were used. This watch is named the Oceanographer; however it is very important to note that this is not a name off just one watch, but a whole line of watches from this era like Omega and the Seamaster. This particular example is the rarest and is very undervalued right now. I predict, this is one of those watches that all of a sudden, everyone has to have. It's just a matter of time. Anyhow, they are tough to find now, and there not even near the Rolex version of the same era, who probably produced the most of these type watches. This watch is all original from the factory inducing the bracelet, crown, dial...everything. It uses a high grade 25 jewel ETA Automatic Movement and made out of a high grade stainless steel alloy. This watch measures approximately 38mm in diameter. It is the 200 version which, is one of the earlier versions of this line.
