Amazing and complicated Mathey Tissot triple date with moon phase indicator in near mint condition. A triple calendar watch displays the month, day and date. This Mathey Tissot also sports a beautiful blue and gold moon phase indicator. The moon phase indicator will tell you the current phase of the moon. Although the 1940s was an era in which triple calendar watches with moon phase was popular, this Mathey Tissot Caliber FC11 is scarce and not commonly found for sale. In fact, I've only seen few and any triple calendar in full stainless steel of this vintage is scarce as many were made with gold. The high-end complicated Cal. FC11 movement has 17 jewels, is nicely decorated, expertly finished and rhodium plated. As shown in the pictures, the movement, case, case-back and dial are all original to the watch. The dial has been professionally restored to its original state. This manual wind high-end Swiss complicated watch comes on a brown genuine crocodile strap. This watch will be the crown jewel to a vintage watch collection or an exclusive accessory to your fine or casual wardrobe.
