SOLD - Eye Catching Art Deco Hamilton from the 1930s Multi-Colored Dial!
Just overhauled and back from the watchmaker in tip-top shape (9/2016) - this is a great example of a classic Art Deco Hamilton - take a look at the interesting dial and numeral layouts. This is not a common piece from having seen thousands of Hamilton's through the years. The is a manual wind watch executed using the seldom seen 987-E high-grade made in the USA movement. The use of this movement indicates it was not a cheap watch in its time. It is 14k gold filled and comes on a new semi-matte black alligator calf strap with gold tone buckle. It's in overall great condition - please notes there is an engraving on the back. Also there is a small interior scratch on the crystal around 4'o clock. It is not distracting at all and since it appears to be an original crystal we decided to leave is alone.
