This is a beautiful scarf holder from the 1920s with white, yellow and pink gold; a large square genuine garnet; 4 small genuine rubies; 4 small genuine diamonds all hand made all hand made almost 100 years ago. I estimate that it's about 18mm in diameter and it's fairly heavy for its size. Since women don't really use scarf holders anymore; although I wouldn't hold it against you, this would make a perfect high-end charm for almost any color necklace; and no one else will ever have another just like this one - too bad for them.
