In general, Illinois Men's wrist watches from this era for from any era in fact are fairly rare. Production numbers were extremely low compared to that of Hamilton, and Illinois chose to focus more on pocket watches and higher end wrist watches. Here we have an original deco style tank in superb condition. The original dial shows some signs of age; however, has been extremely well preserved compared to other examples. The case shows almost no signs of wear and is in excellent condition. The high-grade in house Illinois 17j movement is running strong. Perfect to add to a collection or to wear. This would be a great piece to wear as no one else would ever have one on but you - this is an extremely rare watch. Measures approximately 24mm across and 38mm long. Comes on a new tan leather strap as they did in this era.
