Offered for sale is a completely original and working Jaeger-LeCoultre Wrist Alarm, later known as the Memovox vintage 1953. There are some highly sought after characteristics of this piece that people look for in an original vintage watch. First off, the crowns are original and matching with the rare "LeC" signature on them; the crystal is original to the watch and the case and lugs are in excellent condition. Most important, the dials and hands are original and in fantastic vintage condition. This watch measures about 34MM across 41MM from lug tip to lug tip and 17MM between the lugs.
The case back has a small indentation as shown in the photos. This is a very minor flaw since it may be easily fixed without changing the originality of the watch.
Functionally, the watch is in perfect working order and the alarm sounds strong. This watch uses the in-house Jaeger-LeCoultre cal. 814 manual wind movement. Any man would be lucky to have such a rare, original and non-engraved example of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox.
