SOLD - Very Rare Original Royal Blue Textured Dial on this Stunning Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date
Wow. You do not come across this dial, I gather very few were made. This is your quintessential 34mm (without crown) Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date from ca. 1970. This watch was just serviced and authenticated by our master watchmaker with over 40 years experience September 2018. It comes as found on its jubilee bracelet that has all its links. The watch has no noted problems; however, it has been professionally polished and the crystal was replaced during service. What makes this watch desirable and special is the amazing blue tritium dial; I will regret selling it, I know it...the blue is a little lighter than royal blue and the texture is a wave type, reminding me of the ocean. Whomever purchases this watch should be very pleased.
