Omega Constellation in yellow 14k GF with Original Bracelet Vintage 1970s - Rare | Vintage Watch
Very fine example of a vintage circa 1970 (28 million serial) 14k gold filled and stainless steel Omega Double Date Constellation watch (168.029) with outstanding gold linen dial on original bracelet. The caliber 751/1 quick set movement has been completely overhauled and running at chronometer specs. I did NOT have the watchmaker polish the case or bracelet as the coin edging, case corners and the observatory logo are extremely sharp, crisp and well defined. Pay special attention to the sharpness of the 14KGF BEZEL STAINLESS STEEL BACK stamp - very nice. The watch maintains its original crown and has an original Omega crystal. Minor scratch on the top of the case near the lower right lug. Dial is nearly perfect with one very tiny dot just below the center post to the right. Just a slight bit of fad to some of the highlights on the gold plated links. Will fit up to a 7.5 inch wrist. Please view all of the macro close-up pictures we have provided to appreciate the condition of this timepiece.
