Fantastic Coin Jewelry of Constantine I in Battle Helmet obv. and two Captives on Rev. - Rare Type ca.330 A.D.
Struck during his lifetime and rule, here is a great authentic bronze of Constantine the Great otherwise known at Constantine I. The reign of Constantine I is filled with amazing stories of the battle field, private lives and legacy he left behind. Click to learn more about Constantine The Great. He is not often depicted wearing a helmet; and when he is, there are plenty of common reverse types; however, we are lucky enough to have a much less common reverse type depicting two captives. This coin is set in a tension screw removable solid sterling (.925) silver made in the USA. At approximately 18mm and presented on a longer stainless steel ball chain with an actual design, it looks great. If you need/want to shorten this chain, all you need is a small pair of clippers or be sure in the notes to tell me what size you would like. If this is a gift, it is best left untouched. Thank you.
